Hi,
After the latest opensuse tw update (20250531) I have problems with Elisa music player.
It launches but I get a message “Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the …”.
Elisa seems to be working but crashes after a while without warning nor message.
Anybody an idea?

As a first step, check the coredump and create a bug report:
coredumpctl list
coredumpctl info <PID>
Ok so there is no coredump.
So a few seconds after elisa is started I get the folllowing error:
Elisa continues to work but after a minute or so Elisa just closes.
coredumpctl list does not give me any coredump.
You can always install it as a flatpak, it works fine for me.
Yeah I know but I prefer to use repo software when available.
VLC works fine as an alternative by the way.
Just want to report the problem to improve the product.
There is no coredump… elisa just closes.
