These are for the Elgato HD, not the Elgato HD 60
Then it will not work?

no, i’ve tried installing the Elgato HD drivers and they are not compatible with the Elgato HD 60. Also, Elgato does not have an answer for my question. They only know about getting it on windows and mac. Yet the Elgato HD does work on linux.

They would be the definitive source for drivers for your card - if they
don’t have them, there’s not a lot anyone else can do (short of reverse-
engineering, which often is a challenge).
