Hello,
I can not install Suse 11.1. Suse 11.0 is installing perfect. I get this error
early exception 0e rip 10 FFFFFFFF8021c3ae error
It is a 2 Quad CPU Q9300 with 4 GB ram ( dell xps630i )
I have tried at the boot prompt:
acpi=off
vga
and the option safe mode.
In a other forem I have read that the problem belongs to kernel 2.6.27 and is fixed in 2.6.27.2
If it is true how do I change the install kernel off the Suse install DVD 11.1 ?
Have anyone A better suggestion.
