I have a DVB-T card that works just fine in win (plug and play). But I cant use it in openSUSE. Pleae help.

Really the problems rests with the vendor. They need to be educated into providing working linux drivers and support.

There are reports that an experimental linux driver does exist, but you’ll have to be preapred to compile it, and YMMV depending on the kernel version you’re using.
