Driver for Epson printer USB DX6050 required

Hi!!

I am a newbie to Open Suse Linux Version 11.3. Have just got a friend to install this on my pc.

I tried to configure this printer and clicked on “add printer” but the drop down menu did not contain my printer. Does this mean that the printer driver does not exist?

Can anyone help? When I tried to print out a test Open Office document it came up with “printer error” However Open Suse did recognise my printer as a DX6000.

Any advice greatly appreciated,

have a look here, I can’t initially see your printer, but you didn’t say if it was a ink jet printer or all in one ect.
