This is nonsense, as it is a core function of Dolphin. No upgrade to Tumbleweed needed.
Dolphin->Settings->Configure Dolphin-> Remember display style for each folder
On Leap 15.6 (Plasma 5), after checking this box, the Trash directory shows automatically the deletion time.
