Disk Quota doesn't recognize EXT4 in openSuSE 11.4 (likely same bug as ubuntu already resolved)

I have just installed a clean openSuSE 11.4 and it defaulted to giving me EXT4 for my root partition but I installed this OS to test Disk Quota configurations and when I try to run quotacheck it keeps saying:
“Cannot find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.”

I have already configured my fstab, created both quota files, and remount the root partition.

I then googled and found that Ubuntu has already resolved this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/quota/+bug/334474
‘[PATCH] Quota-tools support for ext4’ - MARC](http://marc.info/?l=linux-fsdevel&m=122532700130950&w=2)

When will this be fixed in openSuSE 11.4?
