Difference between "sl15.5.conf" and "sles15sp5.conf"?

Hello everyone,
I am setting up my local obs instance. For prjconf, I got two files from obs-build source code:

openSUSE/obs-build/blob/master/configs/sles15sp5.conf

May I ask what is the difference between these two files? Which one should I use? I build for SLES 15.5. Thank you.

The first uses SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15.5, the second is Leap 15.5.
