Difference between organizations "rpm" and "pool" in "src.opensuse.org"?

May I ask what arethe differences between these two organizations in src.opensuse.org? They both have a similary package list. Thank you.
pool - openSUSE Gitea
rpm - openSUSE Gitea

By the way, will this old repo continue update?
