I’ve installed wine and want to install Counter-Strike 1.6
now but when I double click on the setup icon it displays an error.
How do I need to install it? Because in Xubuntu I just needed to double click the icon.

Btw i have opensuse 11.2 64bit installed.

Install virtual-box with you openSuse. Run a full windows xp under virtual-box. Set you virtual win Xp in full screen mode. Install in virtual Win Xp CS 1.6. Set in options of virtual machine in LAN options Nat route and enjoy.

install steam 1st:
WineHQ - Steam Official Release
then install CS from steam just like under Windows. I play almost every day
