I have a folder view for launching important applications, i.e. it acts (and looks) like one of those docks (AWN etc). It used to be on all four workspaces, which is what I want, but since assigning KDE4 “activities” to those workspaces (to enable different backgrounds for each) i’t only on one of them. Now I know I could just go and place a Folder View widget on each, but that would be a bit tedious with replicating all the settings. I’ve looked for a way to copy the Folder View to all workspaces/activities but haven’t found a way to do so. Any ideas?

I think if you look in the titlebar (way upper left hand corner) there
is a pull down menu that will let you place it on all desktops again.
Can’t find such a pulldown menu, at least not one that solves my problem. I have now manually replicated the folderview on all desktops/activities but would still like to know if there’s a solution, for future reference.
