Can't sign up to Bugzilla

I have an app that crashes on me 5 or 6 times a day. The developer says they aren’t “his” crashes but rather they are Tumbleweed crashes. When a crash occurs I get a bunch of code in a window and some buttons that allow me to copy the code to a clipboard, run an interactive debugger (I’m not a programmer) or Report to OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. When I do this, something called Bugzilla opens, but doesn’t allow me to upload my crash report because I’m not signed in. I tried creating an account, but I’m getting nowhere with that process. Every time I enter a username it says it’s already in use, no matter what I enter! How do I get past this? Is there some secret handshake I don’t know? This is incredibly frustrating. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

What error are you seeing when you use those credentials?

Which bugzilla are you accessing, and how are you attempting to login?

Its the standard “your username or password is not correct” message.

I get the crash report in Tumbleweed and it takes me to (I think it is) bugzilla.opensuse.com

Most probably it’s because of your e-mail address. Got that one before until I change my e-mail.

In that case, I would suggest e-mailing admin@o.o for assistance. There’s nothing we can do here to resolve that issue.
