I have installed my 2 HD into a new tower with a new motherboard. GRUB gives an error saying that one o the devices (givine the serial number, which I don’t know what device it was) is not found.
How can I fix it?

Are you sure you have the two drives in the same positions as before ie sda and sdb??
It also helps if you give us the exact error and not your impression of the error.
Check your HDD boot order in your BOIS. It needs to have your system HDD as the first HDD in the list. If you do this correctly, it doesn’t matter to which SATA port each drive is attached.
Second (and much less likely) - check your /etc/fstab to ensure that it has a correct entry for mounting the second HDD.
