Can't login on one website

Hi,
I’ve found that I have intermittent login capacity to one website for finances. It will work some days, but mostly not on most days. It is to a major financial institution, and when I try to login without success I get the following notice:

In an attempt to troubleshoot this, I have done the following:

  1. In openSUSE, I have tried to use the following browsers with the same result.
    Brave
    Firefox
    Chromium
    Chrome
    Opera

  2. In openSUSE, I have tried the following different desktops, all with the same result that I can’t login on that one financial page
    Gnome
    Gnome Wayland
    Gnome Classic
    Plasma X11
    Plasma Wayland
    Enlightenment

  3. I did have success to login on the financial page by switching to the following non openSUSE operating systems on this same computer, and using any browser.
EliveCD (A debian based linux system)
    Windows 11

I hope this will provide the gurus ideas as to how to remedy this issue.

Hello,

Ever since the merger with Capital One, logging in from Linux has been an issue. You can (if you’re using Firefox, not sure about other browsers) install the extension user-agent-switcher here. Pick an option from Windows and click apply.

You should now be able to login. If you search for “what is my user agent” you’ll see that it says Windows, not Linux. By the way, Android is unaffected so you can also use the app.

Hope this helps.
