Can't login bnc since email changed‏

Hi All,

I think I have got some errors;

when I login novell(novell.com) with my username douglarek, it is ok; but when i use this username to login bnc(bugzilla.novell.com), it failed, and returned this below:

The external ID ‘91342058005696’ already exists in the database for ‘douglarek@outlook.com’, but your account source says that ‘tsyj2007@gmail.com’ has that ID.`

I do not know why~ I once changed my email from tsyj2007@gmail.com to douglarek@outlook.com, but now I can not login bnc site:)

interesting that you posted it here…but i must wonder if you also
follow the above instructions?

@douglarek - After logiing in into the forums you can go to bugzilla and you will find that yous are already logged on :slight_smile:

Yeah,maybe you are right,but i got the errors above~that is it,nothing else~

did you get a chance to send the mail as “dd” has suggested

wait! i didn’t suggest it, it is part of the error message the op
posted, for CRYING out Loud!

clear, concise instructions on what to do–but the post is to here,

can we change the email again back to original one and recover the bnc account :slight_smile:

i can not see in the instructions the OP’s posted error message:

the error occurred after changing email accounts, in which case post to
the forums.openSUSE.org feedback Comments/Suggestions forum rather than
the @forge.provo.novell.com address.” :wink:
