I install obs in opensue 11.3 by zypper the rpm which as below list:

rubygem-delayed_job-1.8.4-2.2.i586.rpm
rubygem-exception_notification-1.0.20090728-2.2.i586.rpm
rubygem-gruff-0.3.6-3.2.i586.rpm
rubygem-libxml-ruby-1.1.3-2.2.i586.rpm
rubygem-rmagick-2.12.2-2.3.i586.rpm

and I config obs following from the README.SETUP, but still can’t open the web service.
