Cannot install nVidia driver...

After accidentally wiping out my openSUSE 11.1 install I have just reinstalled, this time using Gnome instead of the KDE4 live disc.

All went well til I tried to install the nVidia driver.
I did the one-click-install method as I had successfully used on the previous install but then I get this:

Wrong Digest
The expected checksum of file /var/cache/zypp/packages/NVIDIA Repository/i586/x11-video-nvidiaG02-180.29-0.1.i586.rpm
is f57ef1cd94cea6361c589d740ad7a8f11e5d2c82,
but the current checksum is 86869bc18f62ad0d57df6b0964414eb9d35fb90d.

This means that the file has been changed by accident or by an attacker
since the repository creator signed it. Using it is a big risk
for the integrity and security of your system.

Use it anyway?

If I try to use it anyway the install fails due to a failed integrity check.
I tried it a couple of times yesterday and another couple of times today with the same result.
