Cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

Good afternoon

I am trying to execute an application which is the linux installer of a game and i recieve:
Cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

With “file” command i recieve:
Mach-O 64-bit x86_64 executable, flags:<NOUNDEFS|DYLDLINK|TWOLEVEL|PIE>

Does exist any way to execute it?
I have installed OpenSuse Tumbleweed.

Mach-O 64-bit x86_64 executable, flags:<NOUNDEFS|DYLDLINK|TWOLEVEL|PIE>

It is not Linux, it is most likely Apple Mac executable.
