Canb't downlod and install new themes

When I try to download new themes, wallpapers, and so on through system settings or configure desktop & wallpaper, the download fails and I get this error.

  Download of "Dracula KDE" failed, error: SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams

I believe this error is caused by incorrect HTTP2 frame header parsing.

Please help.

I believe that was fixed after reading that PR. Is there going to be an update soon?

It is fixed upstream. Someone has to backport fix to openSUSE. This does not happen without openSUSE bug.
