There are already several other threads with the same topic. It is a packman issue. Simply wait (as usual) if you have packman problems, or switch the vendor back to openSUSE.
I was AFK / my PC for few days this week - so just getting around to doing a regular dup on my TW installation. Getting multiple (seven I think it was) which all seem to relate to the nothing provides ‘this-is-only-for-build-envs’ title of this topic & all seem to be to do with codecs.
