Boot fails after upgrading kernel on 11.4

Hi,

Last 29th june I upgraded kernel to 2.6.37.6-0.20 on opensuse 11.4

As usual, I reboot after upgrading process finished, but grub freezed at the beggining. I tried to boot with failsafe desktop option and system boot successfully.

I have searched In the boot log file what could be the problem and I have found an infinite loop with this message:

BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 000000000000004c

Below I attached the last lines of the log file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Fernando
