Bluetooth not working

Hello.

I’ve been trying to set up my Bluetooth headset for days, but Suse won’t connect.

I always get the same error log

On Windows it works perfectly.

can anybody help me?

I’m using Leap 15.2 with KDE, all updates are OK.

Thanks.

Maybe it is better to use

# journalctl | grep -Ei 'firmware|blue'

(run the command as root if your user does not belong to the group systemd-journal).

What is the result of

# rfkill

Did you run

# journalctl | grep -Ei 'firmware|blue'

as root and did you show the complete result?

I would have expected to see lines like

kernel: Bluetooth: Core ver 2.22
...
kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Firmware revision 0.1 build 168 week 48 2020
...

Please always show

  • the command line
you used to produce a certain result - the complete
result up to and including the next empty command prompt
