Blank Welcome Screen in Qt Creator

I’m running freshly installed openSUSE TUMBLEWEED.
The problem is that Qt Creator (latest version from official repos, as well as other packages from OBS) have blank welcome screen.
As I’d found here:

this may be due to it’s compilation with old version of Qt.
Qt Creator installed with official installer works perfect, however it isn’t integrated into package system.
This bug was also present in Qt Creator shipped with previous openSUSE versions.
Questions are:

  • How can I find library version Qt Creator was compiled with?
  • Should I submit bug report so build maintainers could fix it?

Help -> About QCreator tells me

Based on Qt 5.5.1 (GCC 5.2.1 20151008 [gcc-5-branch revision 228597], 64 bit)

I’d assume this is the version QtCreator was build with.
QtQuick5 is installed btw.

After updating/upgrading all packages to the newest version, it’s working now. The version of QtCreator is exactly the same as before.

Solved for me.

OK, after updating to Qt Creator 3.6.0, welcome screen is back.
But now the problem is the lack of localization, probably i’ll start new thread
