I would surmise that hardware is too new for Leap 15.1 (esp the GPU), I would suggest trying a live USB of Tumbleweed and see how that goes.
i will try that thank you. I tried booting with the acpi=off Parameter and it worked but i have to add this everytime i boot. One guy in the german forum told me to try that.

To add the option permanently, fire up YaST bootloader and on the Kernel Parameters tab, add acpi=off to the Optional Kernel Command Line Parameter section… That’s a work around as other things may not work…
yeah the desktop was weird and i got an error idk what it was but it said restart the programm or something. But i tried the live version of Tumbleweed and got the same lines when booting. I tired the fail safe option. this time i had not lines but this screen. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Remove the acpi one and save, then try nomodeset at boot. then look at installing the nvidia proprietary driver
With Leap or Tumbleweed ? and is there a guide how to install the nvidia driver?

The current driver is 440.44 in the repository, for your card you need the G05 series.
Or if you prefer manual control (I use this on Tumbleweed and can rebuild driver on the fly after a kernel update) use the hard way.
