Big failure after an upgrade to OpenSUSE Leap 16

Hi !

This is what I feared. After an upgrade from OpenSUSE 15.6 to OpenSUSE 16.0, I got a big failure.

I used the migration tool (dry run then real mode). Strangely the dry run did no detect any third party repos. Real mode did. I disabled them.

During the installation, I noticed many errors (key expired, something like that).

After last step and reboot, I got the blue screen to register Nvidia MOK. Then I rebooted. I got this error:

  • Failed to start Nvidia Persistence Daemon.

No prompt, I am stuck.

Could someone help me?

Thanks to Gemini, I managed to boot. I switched to Nouveau. It works but I know this is not acceptable for gaming. For now I think I will cope.

Will try the other items and let you know.
