Best Sources to Obtain Missing Packages?

I previously used Arch Linux, but switched to openSUSE Tumbleweed to find a more comprehensive out-of-the-box setup. Arch repository had (almost) all packages I needed. But I see it is not the case with openSUSE Tumbleweed. So my question is, how can I obtain the missing packages that are not available on official repository or Packman? Do I use opi (OBS/Community packages)? Which automatically adds repos that I don’t like it to mess with? Or is flatpak the only option forward since many packages aren’t available in RPM format, unlike DEB and AUR?

Also, I’d like to know if Packman is a trustworthy repository. Should I keep it enabled, or are there concerns about its reliability?

When Using OBS there is an option to not keep that repo even if default is to keep it.And you can always remove or disable any repo in your list.

Packman is reliable normally . But TW is constantly changing and things can get out of sync. If you us TW you need to be prepared to fix things that go sideways.
