Estaba leyendo el hilo Conversación de CPUs y aunque es un tema recurrente, creo que el más rápido y sencillo es el de PassMark. Facilita el ranking de tu cpu y memoria muy rápido.

Los test de phoronix los veo muy completos, para los que busquen información extendida y más amplia.
No se si habrá alguno tan rápido y fácil como el de PassMark
