Should i go back to windaube after 25 ans on Suse and Opensuse ?
after 1 , 2 months ; it depend of ??? when i launch an Apps this appear and disapears in the desk but does’nt launch at all ?
one solution is to erase .config ,!!
but i lose my parameter, history , desktop
I NEVER saw that !! since i decide to jump on linux
and so my question : should i go back to windaube ( french joke)
Please this is a technical help forum. When you have a technical problem/question and want to ask help from fellow openSUSE users, you can ask here. But we need a thorough description of the problem. As you post it now it is more something for General Chat.
BTW, you should upgrade to 15.5 because 15.4 is out of support for some months already.

when I look at ksysguard i saw all cpu higt, but in the list of running apps with higt cpu load nothing

KDE , plasma i SAID no error message !!
If you start the program from the command line do you get any errors?? Started from the GUI most programs do not show any errors but from command line they do.
Check on memory maybe start a memory widget to see usage.

when this append one other funny reaction is : i can’t stop the machine with menu i am obliged to open a session alt+Fx and run shutdown command line !
So, instead of switching to 15.5, you are going to experience these errors and — especially — the mounting security issues. Good luck.
You could upgrade to 15.5, as we don’t provide support for unsupported leap versions. Or another option would be tumbleweed if you wanted infinite support.
What could also help you is: Did you tinker with anything or install random themes? Do you have NVIDIA drivers? There are lots of stuff that you haven’t even mentioned that we could help you with.

i don’t want because my machine is a web serveur for dev , and the Suse install did’nt recognize my RAID configuration , with btrieve files
so i should backup , réinstall with ext4 partitions, restore and after update to 15.5
I am working on a new web projet and i don’t want to crash my server !
yes a have nvidia drivers but i did’nt have problem before the install 15.4 with btfs

To me, all valid reasons for waiting, hoping someone or someones here will find a working solution to carry you through until your project(s) are done.
In that kind of a situation, I do the same. You would rather not have projects go boom half-way through.
