aws cli v2 has been out for a few years. A lot of the tasks I need to do will not work on v1 but that is the only rpm version we have. Why do we not have a rpm for it yet?

Probably python3 support… v2 only supports 3.8 and 3.9… v1 3.6 through 3.10
