AT&T Global Network Client not connecting

Hi,

I recently ran into a problem with my at&t vpn connection. I’m hoping someone in this forums may be able to help? It’s been working beautifully then one day it just wouldn’t connect. I’m wondering if AT&T may have something to do with this…? I have tried reinstalling agnclient-1.0-2.0.1.3000.i386.rpm and agnSUSE10Prep-1.0-2.i386.rpm but nothing seem to work.

I’m running Linux 2.6.31.12-0.1-desktop i686
System: openSUSE 11.2 (i586)
KDE: 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5) “release 0”

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have a look at this thread:

AT&T Global Network Client • View topic - installing on opensuse 11

For me all it took was linking the files

ln -s libssl.so.0.9.8 libssl.so.4
ln -s libcrypto.so.0.9.8 libcrypto.so.4
ln -s libcurl.so.4.1.0 libcurl.so.3

I’ve linked the libcurl to 4.1.1 version in openSUSE 11.2

Please excuse me for asking a dumb question… when you said linking the files can I simply type the commands as is into my konsole? I did just that, reboot my laptop, and try launching my at&t vpn. Still won’t connect :frowning:
