Application icons cut off and not centered on left side of title bar with Xfce window manager Default themes

A couple of days ago, I submitted an ‘issue’ (bug report?) upstream on xfwm4, where the three window manager themes labeled ‘Default’ do not center the application icon on the left side of the title bar, when the window is maximized and the application icons are cut off at the top. If the window is made smaller, but not completely minimized, the application icon then correctly appears centered to the left and is not cut off. The issue includes screenshots showing the positions of the icons in both maximized and the same window made smaller.

I was wondering if this is worth submitting a corresponding bug report to openSUSE. Thank you.

I can’t seem to replicate this. Is it with all applications, or just specific ones like Chromium?

It occurs with most of them. Below are from Thunar (using the Foxtrot icon theme) and Vivaldi (Snapshot).

My apologies for them being so pixelated, I did not expect them to be so large when uploading.
