Any info/news on installing the official ChatGPT Client? Sorry if that’s broad, in advance.

RPMs from one distribution generally won’t work with others. Since it’s a proprietary licensed piece of code, you’ll have to ask OpenAI if they have plans to release a version for openSUSE Leap.
It may be possible to make it work, of course - but I wouldn’t have any expectation of the installation being clean, nor would I expect non-breakage during updates (though on Leap this may be less of an issue as ABIs tend to be a lot more stable on non-rolling releases).
