Two small issues at the moment on a brand new (clean) Leap 16.0 installation.
the update is stuck…
And impossible to start this application (in portable mode): www.seamonkey-project.org
Issue 1: wait some time until the mirrors are properly synced, then:
sudo zypper clean -a
sudo zypper ref
sudo zypper up
Issue 2: The official Seamonkey website does not provide a portable installer. Where at the installation instructions are you stuck?
When you can’t start seamonkey via ./seamonkey, follow the terminal output and install missing packages. As example libgthread-2_0

I said I was using SeaMonkey in portable mode, that’s all.
You download the archive, unpack it and run the program… there’s nothing to install.
And now that YaST is no longer present, how do I install this dependency? YaST, I’ve been using it for 25 years, so I’m a bit lost… 
And the result of your orders:
Please use copy/paste from your terminal to the forum.
Pictures only if others not possilbe.
Please use LANG=C zypper lr -d to get English terminal output.
Many people can not read your French output, so LANG=C command is the best way to get it in English.
You have not disabled your Install medium…
Install Myrlyn, start it and disable and deselect the refresh for that Repo in Extra—Repositories.

I have been on web discussion forums for 30 years, so… please.
And how could I have known that I had to change the repository? I simply did not install with the offline version… And I did not see the information anywhere.
In fact, what is the address of this main repository, because for Pacman it is mentioned and not for the famous URL that I am missing.
So yes, it is the first time that I have a S.u.S.E. (in the community version) that is so problematic to install… sorry.
When you run it from a terminal via ./seamonkey it will tell you which libraries are missing.
You can install packages via Myrlyn (GUI) or simply via command line and zypper:
sudo zypper install libgthread-2_0-0

Again, it is important to note that this is a new installation on a new PC…
From a USB key with the disconnected (offline) version.
The Server, zypper uses (not you), is out of sync.
So wait a little time and do it once more.

There are running programs which still use files and libraries deleted or updated by recent upgrades. They should be restarted to benefit from the latest updates. Run 'zypper ps -s' to list these programs.
