Amavisd not signing emails with dkim signature

Server:
openSUSE Leap 15.1
mariadb 10.2.31-lp151.2.12.1 x86_64 from opensuse
php 7.2.5
php7-MySQL Mysql client for php (mysql 5.0.2)
Sendmail, Spamassassin, Amavisd version amavisd-new-2.11.1-lp151.1.1
Using yast2 to configure mail server.

  • Can send and receive emails.
  • spf and dmarc successfully implemented and listed in sent emails.

Problem:

Note:
Amavisd log file is using level 5. Amavisd starts well each time but with no error in mail.log.
Can’t find any error in sys log file about the problem either.

Request:
I get it, the server is running an old openSUSE but I couldn’t find any answer here or elsewhere. I need an answer or your advice on what could be stopping Amavisd from signing outgoing emails. Thank you.

Leap 15.1 is out of any support…

Upgrade. No one is going to troubleshoot unsupported software that has had multiple releases past what you have.
