AH01630: client denied by server configuration error when accessing Apache manual in Tumbleweed

Hi all!

Tumbleweed newbie here! I have been using OpenSUSE Leap for some years now, but new to Tumbleweed.
I noticed something strange: when I install Apache and apache-manual in Tumbleweed I am unable to access the manual pages at http://server.tld/manual. But when I used to install Apache and apache-doc in Leap, I would be able to access the manual pages. This happens on a clean install. Looking at the directory permissions, everything seems correct. In the logs I see AH01630 error (as in the Subject above). What do I need to change in Tumbleweed’s Apache in order for the manual pages to show? I know this seems like a trivial thing, but it is just eating me up. Help!

Thanks in advance.

Ok, I found the “problem”! Not really a problem. Inside /etc/apache/conf.d/manual.conf, it is set to expose the manual pages to localhost only. By setting it to Require all granted and Allow from all (deleting Deny from all), I was able to get it to display network-wide!
