on my laptop running 16.0 and plasmashell 6.4.2, after last update kde windows rules are lost and unselectable and unmodifiable, is this a bug or can be solved?
and also pager of desktops doesn’t shows anymore the desktop names

Can’t provide any troubleshooting steps …
The only feedback from me is I can Edit, Delete, Windows Rules with no problems.
@pier_andreit that is just plain crazy with all those repositories. And being disabled doesn’t help, there is a current discussion on the Factory Mailing List about the issues with Arch and the AUR builds and users system being comprimised.
I doubt it’s an issue for users whom stick with defaults.
You need to figure out what is installed from those repositories and what are @System files that could be causing your issues, but it’s likely something you need to sort out…

For this system that is completely according to expectations. The set of repos is a guarantee for breakage. I am wondering when you are going to accept that. The naming of the repos also make me suspect they were added manually, which would exclude software.o.o and opi,
The only decent advice I can come up with is to do a full reinstall with defaults, use only oss and openh264 repos. Everything else either in a distrobox, or as a flatpak,

Are you running an AMD GPU, if not then the Mesa packages are not needed?
