adding repositories

After installing opensuse 10.3 in my office computer
which has proxy/port I tried to add repositories
http://download.opensuse.org.org/distribution/10.3/repo/oss etc
there was an error message
Error message: The requested URL returned error:407

I did not have any such message when I did this on my home machine,
which has direct broadband connection.

I’ll like to know why this happened and what’s the way out.

Did you look up error 407? It means “Proxy authentication required”.

You need to talk to your network admin in your office on how to do that.
