ACPI BIOS Error (bug)

I am using Tubleweed 20220603 with KDE. Since the upgrade from Kernel 5.17… to 5.18… I see a lot of messages during boot. Since I have an SSD I can see only at the end - before login - the kernel messages "ACPI BIOS Error (bug): AE_AML_BUFFER_LIMIT, Field [D008]…" see code below. After login everything works fine so there is no urgency - I only would like to know what is going on. I couldn’t find anything relevant on the internet. Cheers

Hi
Seems similar to this old (2019) bug: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202631 maybe a regression…

Suggest creating an openSUSE bug report and include the acpidump data

openSUSE:Submitting bug reports - openSUSE

I get similar boot messages since installing the 5.18 kernel. There was a topic covering this issue and providing instructions on how the prevent these messages showing, about 6 weeks ago but I can’t find it. Perhaps someone can provide a link?

Thanks
