I tried Wine 11+ in KDE plasma 6.4 with my 5060ti and nvidia-open-drivers G06 and G07 (it don’t work with propietary drivers). I got the next error trying to run Eagle9.4:
libegl warning: egl: failed to create dri2 screen
egl driver: null
I also tried forcing x11, with wine32, installed vcrun2019 dotnet48 and corefonts with winetricks. Nothing works 
Running it in a UHD630 of a i3 8100 in other PC it runs flowlessly, so I blame nvidia.
