Hey everyone,
I have an annoying problem that already appeared with 11.0, I hoped the best and waited for 11.1, but this problem still is there.
When I suspend/hibernate the first time, the resume works without problems. The second suspend/hibernate works also well, but the resume causes the system to become unstable.
As I found out so far, it has to do with NetworkManager. When I shut it down before suspend/hibernate with “rcnetwork stop” everything works well, but when I resume the second time the following happens:
while logging into the wifi-network the networkmanager hangs, in the system status window there is a new process “events/1” that uses one complete core of my dualcore processor and the processes “NetworkManager”, “irqbalance” and “wpa_supplicant” are marked as inactive. The only solution is a hard reboot, the system doesn’t even shutdown anymore.
Has anyone an idea how to solve the problem or does anyone now a workaround?
Thanks a lot in advance!!!
