11.3 broke HylaFax

Updated my 11.2 server to 11.3. Now HylaFax won’t start. Did a clean install and Hylafax still won’t start. Been using Suse and HylaFax for a long time never had a problem. Anyone have any ideas?

Same problem with 11.4.

No problems on my server HylaFax.
