zypper update migrated OS to Tumbleweed

Ran zypper update the other day and after a reboot, I am now on Tumbleweed kernel 4.16. Yast doesn’t work along with Firefox, Chrome and zypper. Errors during execution follow;

zypper update
zypper: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libproxy.so.1: undefined symbol: _ZN9libmodman14module_man

firefox
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib64/firefox/libmozgtk.so:
/usr/lib64/libpango-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: g_log_structured_standard
Couldn’t load XPCOM.

How could this have happen?

Paste the output of:

zypper lr -d

and, please, post that output between code tags – you get those by clicking on the “#” icon just above the message window in the Forum message editor, middle row of formatting icons, 3rd icon from right.
