i am updted the zypper by this command :zypper up zypper
and after :zypper: error while loading shared libraries: libzypp.so.1735: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
rpm not worked yast not worked only flatpack worked

Why did you think this would be a good idea? Tumbleweed needs to be upgraded via zypper dup!
Roll back to a working snapshot and perform a proper zypper dup.
If you can not perform a rollback, you need to solve the missing package dependencies. Start with
sudo rpm -ivh https://ftp.lysator.liu.se/pub/opensuse/tumbleweed/repo/oss/x86_64/libzypp-17.35.12-1.1.x86_64.rpm

You may use a combination of YaST Software (set “File list” filter to find the package which provideds the missing file) and https://opensuse.pkgs.org/ to find the right download URLs…
How are you at 6.4 kernel? TW is at 6.11, so you’re on a very outdated TW
