I’m sorry, I thought that is what @Sauerland asked me to do. I disabled the standard repo rather than deleting it and used the repositories’ names rather than their URLs, but I don’t think either of those should make a difference here, should they? The end result seems like it should be the same.
This is why I use only URL when manipulating Repos…
I can not test it, because I do not use cdn.opensuse.org…
But my command do not disable the cdn.opensuse.org…

Ahh, no, I see. Disabling by URL matters because I disabled https://cdn.<blah> instead of https://download.<blah>. The old one was already gone and I disabled the new one because I hadn’t expected it to delete repositories on install.
http://cdn.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss has the same size mismatch issue that http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss did, but re-enabling https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Tumbleweed/standard/ resolved the problem!
Yes, this is because the TO disabled it if you read the comment.
I can’t work out what TO stands for here, unfortunately, but the issue is resolved so I’m content to leave it at that. I’m glad to be back on my way, and thank you to everyone for taking the time to help.
