Zypper error: Exceeded the expected filesize when downloading ghc-containers from master download server

Okay, so I ran

sudo zypper in openSUSE-repos-Tumbleweed
sudo zypper mr -d openSUSE:repo-oss
sudo zypper mr -d openSUSE:Tumbleweed

and then tried to run sudo zypper in ghc-containers. I’m not seeing the download failure anymore, but only because I’m told there is no provider of that package at all.

❯ sudo zypper clean -a
All repositories have been cleaned up.

❯ sudo zypper refresh -f

❯ sudo zypper in ghc-containers

It looks like openSUSE:repo-oss is the only place that was providing that: re-enabling it returns me to the size mismatch I saw before.
