zypper dup: file conflicts with kernel-desktop-4.1.6-3.2.x86_64(repo-oss)

Hello,
for a few days now i have a problem upgrading my tumbleweed installation. Zypper dup has a file conflict regarding the kernel, this is the output:

Detected 3 file conflicts:

File /boot/.vmlinuz-4.1.6-3-desktop.hmac
  from install of

File /boot/vmlinux-4.1.6-3-desktop.gz

File /boot/vmlinuz-4.1.6-3-desktop

File conflicts happen when two packages attempt to install files with the same name but different contents. If you continue, conflicting files will be replaced losing the previous content.
Continue? [yes/no] (no):

I allways choosed no because i was hoping that this gets solved over time but since this lasts for a while now i just wanted to know what i should do.

Choose yes and ignore the conflict.
The problem is that this is not really a new kernel version (just a rebuild), so the package contains the same files as the already installed one.

The underlying packaging “problem” has been fixed recently though and should not happen any more in the future.
