I got everything working fine. But at 1080P (1920x1080) my HDTV screen bleeds off the edges. The entire screen doesn’t quite fit on my TV. Is there a tweek utility to massage my graphics to shrink to the proper size to fit my TV properly? I can go down to a lower resolution, but that doesn’t look quite right. I’m running 12.3 64 bit. Works great, but needs the tweeking.
This is usually something you can set in the TV itself. In my TV it is
found in the menu where you set the aspect ratio (it is a LG and the
setting is called “scan only”, it may have a totally different name on
yours) to avoid the overscan.

Just to add, if you want to solve the overscan problem from the linux
side and not by adjusting the TV setting this thread may help you, it
depends if you use the proprietary driver or the nouveau driver for your
nvidia ION. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=145639
