I just noticed this cryptic message that appeared in my Gnome Terminal session:

(firefox:4946): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library

Whatever does it mean? What should I do to recover?

The messages are cause by firefox. To help you, we need more info:

Which openSUSE version ? ( output of ‘cat /etc/SUSE-release’)
System ? (output of ‘uname -a’)
Gnome version ? (available in any Gnome window)
