Yast2 Network Settings module fails

Starting wicked service at my boot process lasts about 33 seconds. I tried to remove an obsolete wwan-card from my network config, but this didn’t succeeded.

When I want to modify my network settings with Yast, it fails with the following error message:

Internal error. Please report a bug report with logs.
Run save_y2logs to get complete logs.

Caller: /usr/lib64/ruby/gems/2.5.0/gems/cfa-1.0.2/lib/cfa/augeas_parser.rb:461:in \report_activity_error!'`

Details: Augeas serializing error: None of the alternatives in the union match for /etc/sysctl.conf with lens /usr/share/augeas/lenses/dist/simplevars.aug:35.14-.40:

I ran save_y2logs but there is nothing special result in /var/log/YaST2/y2log.

What is causing this type of error?

How could I remove this card manually from my config (without Yast)?

Thanks in advance!

When you run “save_y2logs” it creates a file in “/tmp” and gives you the path. The idea is to attach that to a bug report so that the yast2 development team can examine it to see what went wrong.

I filed a bug to Bugzilla:
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1185936

Good move. Now you will have to wait to hear how the Yast team responds to the report.
