with tumbleweed, when we try to go in instal/remove a software, lit seem to miss a file

Yes, same here.
There are issues with outdated mirrors currently.
The only recourse is to add one manually as a temporary one or wait for things to work out.
I’m having this same problem since yesterday.
I’m using zypper and the problem is only with repo-oss. Looks like it can’t find the file ./suse/setup/descr/appdata-icons.tar.gz.
I already tried ‘clean -a’ and ‘refresh’ but always get the same error.
It is solved here now.
